Kate Fera is no stranger to the Fashion Industry. Starting in retail at the age of 15, Kate took her first job in the local mall and hasn’t looked back since. By the age of 21 Kate was managing the flagship store for La Senza on Vancouver’s busiest downtown strip. It was at this time that Kate turned her attention to visual styling and merchandising, obtaining a Fashion Merchandising degree from Blanche MacDonald, Vancouver’s renowned school for fashion. Coupled with her Associate Degree in Arts, Kate was now equipped with the tools and knowledge to move forward in the fashion world.

With a growing list of friends and clientele constantly seeking her fashion advice, Kate decided to offer up her services as a personal shopper/stylist. Soon Kate was working with everyone from accounting executives to aspiring bands, offering her advice and knowledge of an ever-changing world of fashion. From this StylebyKate was born, offering services to meet the needs and budgets of everyone. As the world of fashion continually evolves, StylebyKate continues to stay at the forefront of Vancouver’s fashion scene.

Kate’s work can be seen across the continent as head of Helly Hansen’s North American Visual division.
